Setting Up RTMP Streaming with SRS on Ubuntu¶

Steps for installing and testing an RTMP publishing server using SRS on Ubuntu.

This English edition preserves the original commands, configuration fragments, and diagrams so the steps can be reproduced directly.

Commands and configuration¶

git clone -b 4.0release https://gitee.com/ossrs/srs.git

cd ./srs/trunk
./configure
make

./objs/srs -c conf/srs.conf

https://xxxx:8080

# 查看SRS的状态
./etc/init.d/srs status

# 或者看SRS的日志
tail -n 30 -f ./objs/srs.log

# 启动
/etc/init.d/srs start
# 停止
/etc/init.d/srs stop
